Countries that have the greatest needs for family planning are at the forefront of global progress to expand access to contraceptive information, services, and supplies according to this new progress report released by FP2020 at the 2013 International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP).

Vision 2020 Landmark Report
Sexual and reproductive health and rights are crucial to ending poverty. There has been a heavy price and great human toll because sexual and reproductive health and rights were not fully covered in the last set of goals. This is central to achieving a world without poverty, where people can achieve their potential, and where good health and education are guaranteed.

Unless and untill, government doesnt pass any bill( Strict- Communal unbiased- Which is unlikely) to strengthen the Family planning services, we are not going to achieve the 48 Million users target in India,There is an urgent need to draw a policy not as One child policy of China,but some thing may be in different shape and size.
