Mary Beth Hastings is vice president of the Center for Health and Gender Equity (CHANGE), where she plays a critical role in designing, implementing and evaluating the organization’s programs, while also strengthening CHANGE’s internal infrastructure and development capacity. Mary Beth has extensive program management expertise, along with two decades of international academic and professional experience, primarily focused on the rights and well-being of women globally. From 1999 to 2004, she directed the gender and equality program for Partners of the Americas, where she developed and oversaw a portfolio of projects on reproductive health, adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights, women’s legal rights, and gender integration. Prior to that, she managed international leadership programs for the League of Women Voters Education Fund. She holds a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University.
